Smart reminders & notifications

Enable per-protocol reminders and fix notification permissions.

Reminders keep protocols honest. PeptIQ can notify you when a dose is due and surface overdue items on Home.

  1. 1Open the protocol you want reminders for.
  2. 2Enable reminders / notifications for that protocol.
  3. 3Allow PeptIQ notifications when iOS or Android prompts you.
  4. 4Confirm quiet hours or system focus modes aren’t silencing alerts.

Permissions matter

If reminders never appear, check system Settings → PeptIQ → Notifications. See Troubleshooting → Fix notifications for a full checklist.
