Can I try Premium before paying on annual?
Annual billing includes a 3-day free trial. You can cancel during the trial and will not be charged for the subscription. Weekly and monthly Premium are billed from the start — there is no separate ongoing free tier and no unlimited app access outside of an active subscription or that annual trial period.
What are the pricing options?
PeptIQ Premium is available weekly, monthly, or annual through the App Store or web checkout (Stripe). Only the annual plan includes the 3-day free trial upfront.
Can I subscribe directly on the website?
Yes! You can subscribe directly through our website using a credit/debit card via Stripe. This is the same price as the App Store, and your subscription syncs instantly to the iOS app. It also means more of your money goes to supporting PeptIQ rather than App Store fees.
Is PeptIQ available on Android?
PeptIQ is currently available on iOS (iPhone, iPad). Android support is coming soon! Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when it launches.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your device's App Store settings. Go to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions > PeptIQ and tap "Cancel Subscription". Your premium features remain active until the end of your billing period.
Will my data be deleted if I cancel Premium?
We retain your synced data associated with your account according to our policies, but Premium features require an active subscription. You can re-subscribe at any time to regain full access.
Is there a free plan?
No. Full app access requires PeptIQ Premium. The only way to use Premium without paying the first renewal is the 3-day free trial on annual billing. Some educational calculators may be available separately on peptiq.io — they are not unlimited app functionality.
