Who it is for

Built for clinics already running — and practices just opening.

You already run a clinic

Protocols live in one place. The morning board shows who logged, who needs a nudge, and which vials are low — before the first call.

You are opening a practice

Stand up peptide ops without six vendors and six spreadsheets. Invite staff, assign the first protocol, and hand patients an app that already exists.

One platform

Protocols, patients, labs, and forecast — in one care loop.

Not a pile of logins. The provider console and patient app share the same protocol story so follow-up does not fall through the cracks.

  1. 01

    Protocols

Build a clinic template once. Assign it in seconds. Phases cover titration and washouts.

  2. 02

    Patient app

Patients log doses, sites, and vials in PeptIQ. Your clinic logo rides with the invite.

  3. 03

    Adherence

Eight weeks of scheduled vs logged doses. Nudge from the roster when someone slips under 40%.

  4. 04

    Biomarkers

Labs sit next to protocol context in the app. Hundred Health adds physician-reviewed bloodwork.

  5. 05

    Revenue forecast

Cost, sell price, and projected monthly margin from active protocols. A planning view, not a ledger.

  6. 06

    AI + trust

Provider AI in the console. Patient AI companion in the app. HIPAA-aligned and SOC 2-aligned practices.

Why clinics switch

What is actually holding the practice back.

Follow-up falls between systems

Intake here, dosing notes there, refill somewhere else. In the gaps, patients quietly drift off protocol.

Admin eats the day

Calling down a list to ask who injected is not clinical work. PeptIQ puts the log on the patient phone and the roster on your board.

No number on the roster

Active protocols carry cost and sell price. The forecast shows projected margin from plans that are live right now.

Patient app

The protocol follows them home.

They see the plan you assigned, log each dose with site rotation, and keep their own vial record. You do not ship a separate App Store build.

Rolling adherence 65%

Under 40% still feeds the nudge roster. Bars are scheduled vs logged doses.

Adherence

Watch who stayed on protocol.

Scheduled doses against what patients actually logged. A soft week shows up in the bars before the roster fills with nudge candidates.

Protocol library

Write the protocol once.

Publish a clinic template, share a link, or archive it. Assign it from any patient chart. When one person needs a different dose, a custom protocol uses the same builder.

What providers ask first

What is PeptIQ for providers?

A practice OS for peptide clinics: the provider console for staff, plus the PeptIQ patient app. Protocols, adherence, vial flags, staff roles, Provider AI, and a revenue forecast from active plans. It is not a CRM and not the chart of record.

How does clinic patient adherence tracking work?

The console charts scheduled vs completed doses over recent weeks and shows a rolling adherence rate. Open the roster for the 14-day number against the assigned protocol, plus the last dose. The default low line is 40%. Staff can send a nudge email from the roster, or leave the weekly staff digest on.

Does PeptIQ replace our medical record or CRM?

No. The console runs the roster, protocols, and adherence. It is not the chart of record and not a general-purpose CRM. Use it as the clinical ops layer beside your existing systems.

Can we ship our own app in the App Store?

No. Patients use PeptIQ. You upload a clinic logo, and the invite carries your clinic with it.

How do biomarkers and Hundred Health fit?

Patients can keep lab draws beside protocols in the PeptIQ app. Hundred Health is an educational partner for physician-reviewed bloodwork (100+ labs). Join via hundred.com/peptiq. PeptIQ does not sell labs or peptides.

Do you have a supplier marketplace?

Not in the product today. If you need a compounding or supply introduction, reach out — we can make intros. There is no in-platform marketplace storefront.

Where do security and BAA questions go?

The security page publishes our HIPAA-aligned and SOC 2-aligned posture, including what we do not claim. If a lawyer needs the packet, reach out and ask for it.

How much do patient seats cost?

Self-serve checkout has a 20-seat minimum and starts on a 3, 6, or 12 month prepaid term at $28, $26, or $24 per seat per month before volume. At 20 seats, due today: $1,680, $3,120, or $5,760. After a 3-month prepaid term, billing continues at $30 per seat per month. Volume: 5% off at 50+ and 10% off at 100+. Staff accounts are unlimited. Full table on /providers/pricing.

What happens on the white glove setup call?

We walk through organization setup, buying patient seats, inviting staff, publishing or assigning a protocol, and sending the first patient invite — the same steps available self-serve on provider.peptiq.io/get-started.

PeptIQ

Less admin. More patients.

Get started creates your organization and buys patient seats. Staff accounts are unlimited. Self-serve starts prepaid at $28, $26, or $24 per seat per month (3, 6, or 12 months) with a 20-seat minimum. Full patient seat pricing. Prefer a deck first? Open the provider deck. Questions?
