PeptIQ is a peptide education and tracking application that allows users to:

Log and track peptide injections and doses
Access educational content about peptides
Use calculators for reconstitution and dosing
Track wellness metrics and health data
Manage injection site rotation

3. User Accounts

Creating an account is optional but required for certain features (cloud sync, cross-device access). If you create an account, you are responsible for:

Providing accurate registration information
Maintaining the security of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

PeptIQ offers free and premium tiers. Premium subscriptions are available at $9.99/month or $79.99/year and are billed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to their respective payment terms.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
Refunds are handled according to the respective app store policies
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Share your account with others or create multiple accounts
Use the Service to provide medical advice to others

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PeptIQ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service (injection logs, notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEPTIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PeptIQ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via the App or email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
