Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the PeptIQ application ("App") or website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PeptIQ is a peptide education and tracking application that allows users to:

  • Log and track peptide injections and doses with injection site and time
  • Use reconstitution, dosing, and unit conversion calculators; vial duration and cost tools
  • Use injection site map, interaction checker, and peptide comparison tools
  • Manage inventory, low stock and expiration alerts (Premium), provider lookup, and peptide blends
  • Follow protocol system with dosing schedules and protocol templates
  • Access the Learn tab, article library, peptide library, glossary, references, and Help Center FAQs
  • Track wellness metrics, daily logs, and vitals
  • Use AI features (Companion Chat, Protocol Audit, Vial Scanner, Doctor Notes Scanner, Protocol Builder) with a Premium subscription

3. Medical and Educational Disclaimer

PeptIQ is an educational and tracking tool only. It does not provide medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. You are responsible for reviewing any information, calculations, reminders, or AI outputs before relying on them.

4. User Accounts

Creating an account is optional but required for certain features (cloud sync, cross-device access). If you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate registration information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account

5. Subscriptions and Payments

PeptIQ offers free and premium tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and include all premium features. You may restore purchases on new devices via the App Store or Google Play. By subscribing, you agree to their respective payment terms.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
  • Refunds are handled according to the respective app store policies
  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice

6. AI Features

Some PeptIQ features use third-party AI processors. By using those features, you authorize us to send the prompts, images, text, and related context you provide to our AI providers so they can generate the requested output.

  • AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated
  • You must review AI outputs before acting on them
  • You should not upload content you do not have permission to share
  • You should not use PeptIQ as a substitute for professional medical advice

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Share your account with others or create multiple accounts
  • Use the Service to provide medical advice to others

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PeptIQ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service (injection logs, notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEPTIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PeptIQ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via the App or email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
