1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the PeptIQ application ("App") or website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PeptIQ is a peptide education and tracking application that allows users to:

  • Log and track peptide injections and doses with injection site and time
  • Use reconstitution, dosing, and unit conversion calculators; vial duration and cost tools
  • Use injection site map, interaction checker, and peptide comparison tools
  • Manage inventory, low stock and expiration alerts (Premium), provider lookup, and peptide blends
  • Follow protocol system with dosing schedules and protocol templates
  • Access the Learn tab, article library, peptide library, glossary, references, and Help Center FAQs
  • Track wellness metrics, daily logs, and vitals
  • Use AI features (Companion Chat, Protocol Audit, Vial Scanner, Doctor Notes Scanner, Protocol Builder) with a Premium subscription
  • Optionally participate in Community, an in-app discussion forum for educational peer posts, comments, and public profiles (not a marketplace or medical advice service)

3. Medical and Educational Disclaimer

PeptIQ is an educational and tracking tool only. It does not provide medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. You are responsible for reviewing any information, calculations, reminders, or AI outputs before relying on them.

The PeptIQ Wiki presents observational summaries, cited research, and anonymized community aggregates for educational purposes only. Wiki content is not dosing guidance, a treatment recommendation, or a substitute for professional medical advice. See our Wiki disclaimer and Privacy Policy for how aggregate data is used.

4. User Accounts

Creating an account is optional for core tracking, but required for Community posting and certain other features (cloud sync, cross-device access). If you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate registration information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account

5. Subscriptions and Payments

PeptIQ offers free and premium tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and include all premium features. You may restore purchases on new devices via the App Store or Google Play. By subscribing, you agree to their respective payment terms.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
  • Refunds are handled according to the respective app store policies
  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice

6. AI Features

Some PeptIQ features use third-party AI processors. By using those features, you authorize us to send the prompts, images, text, and related context you provide to our AI providers so they can generate the requested output.

  • AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated
  • You must review AI outputs before acting on them
  • You should not upload content you do not have permission to share
  • You should not use PeptIQ as a substitute for professional medical advice
  • Smart Chat and similar assistants are designed not to send identifiable personal health information to model providers

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Share your account with others or create multiple accounts to evade enforcement
  • Use the Service to provide medical advice to others
  • Sell, source, advertise, or solicit peptides, vendors, prices, shop links, or off-platform contact for commerce inside Community or elsewhere in the Service
  • Post harassment, hate, doxxing, spam, nudity, sexual content, stolen media, or undisclosed sponsored promotions in Community
  • Scrape, harvest, or misuse member profiles, handles, or Community content

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content—including the PeptIQ Wiki, guides, data visualizations, copy, design, compilations, trademarks, and software—are owned by PeptIQ and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, scrape, crawl, mirror, frame, duplicate, republish, or create derivative works from any part of the Service or Wiki without our express written permission. Automated extraction, bulk downloading, or redistribution of Wiki content is prohibited.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected infringement and pursue all available legal and equitable remedies, including injunctive relief, takedown requests, and claims for damages or unauthorized use.

9. User Content and Data License

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service (injection logs, notes, protocols, Community posts, and similar content). By using the Service, you grant PeptIQ a limited license to store, process, transmit, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you and to operate features you enable.

For Community posts, comments, photos, videos, and public profile fields you choose to publish, you also grant PeptIQ a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform that content as part of operating and promoting the Community forum and the Service, for as long as the content remains available. You represent that you own or have rights to the content you post, including progress photos and videos, and that posting it does not violate anyone else's rights.

We do not sell personal health information that identifies you. You also grant PeptIQ a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use submitted data in anonymized, de-identified, or aggregated form for statistics, trends, PeptIQ Wiki content, community insights, marketing measurement, product development, or to license such datasets to third parties, as described in our Privacy Policy. This aggregate license applies only to data that no longer identifies you individually.

10. Community Forum

Community is an optional, moderated discussion forum inside PeptIQ for educational peer conversation about protocols, experiences, questions, research notes, and related topics. It is not a social network for dating or stranger discovery as a primary product purpose, not a marketplace, and not a source of medical advice. Member posts are user-generated and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

You must be at least 18 years old to post in Community and must accept the in-app guidelines before posting. The full rules are published at Community Guidelines. Key requirements include: no selling, sourcing, vendor names, prices, or shop links; share personal experience rather than prescribing doses for others; no harassment, hate, doxxing, or body shaming; no fake results, stolen photos, or undisclosed sponsorships; and no nudity or sexual content.

We may screen posts and comments with automated systems, place ambiguous content in a review queue, remove or hide content, issue strikes, pause posting privileges, ban accounts, and act on member reports. Multiple independent reports may automatically hide content pending review. We may change, limit, or discontinue Community features at any time.

Community ratings, outcome reports, and similar anonymized aggregate submissions remain voluntary and self-reported. They are not medical evidence. Aggregated statistics may appear in the app, AI answers, or PeptIQ Wiki. Do not include identifying information in free-text fields you intend only for anonymous aggregates.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEPTIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PeptIQ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service or Community immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms or the Community Guidelines. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via the App or email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
