Self-serve signup is prepaid only (no standalone monthly checkout). Rates below are for 20-49 seats, before volume. After a 3-month prepaid term, seats continue at $30 per seat per month unless you change your plan.

What am I buying?
Patient seats only. Each seat is a license to invite and manage one patient slot in the provider console. Staff accounts (org admin, clinic admin, provider, staff, billing admin, viewer) are unlimited and not sold as seats.
What is the minimum?
20 patient seats on self-serve checkout. At the minimum, due today is $1,680, $3,120, $5,760 for a 3, 6, or 12 month prepaid term (before volume discounts).
Can I sign up month to month?
Not on self-serve checkout. You start on a prepaid 3, 6, or 12 month term. After a 3-month prepaid term ends, billing continues month to month at $30 per seat unless you change seats or terms. Volume discounts still apply on continuation billing.
How do prepaid terms work?
You pay once up front for the full term at checkout (Stripe). The per-seat rates on this page are effective monthly amounts for 20-49 seats before volume: $28 on 3 months, $26 on 6 months, $24 on 12 months.
Do volume discounts stack with the term rate?
Yes. Volume is an extra percent off after the term rate. 5% off at 50 or more seats. 10% off at 100 or more. Example: 100 seats on a 12-month prepaid term land at $21.60 per seat per month.
Are seats transferable between clinics?
No. Seats stay with the organization that bought them for the purchased term. Clinics that join through a PeptIQ partner buy seats through that partner, not this page.
