Units to draw on iPhone
Why the iPhone app no longer calculates units to draw, and how to keep using your own.
2 min read
We know units to draw are a big reason you use PeptIQ, and we're sorry the change came without warning. To follow Apple's App Store rules, the iPhone app no longer calculates units to draw. Your units aren't gone, though. PeptIQ keeps the units you already had and shows them as “Your units to draw” on your protocols, on Today, and in your dose log.
Add or change your units on iPhone
- 1Open the protocol and find the compound.
- 2Tap Add units to draw, or tap Edit next to the units you already have.
- 3Type the U-100 syringe units from your pharmacy label or your clinician, then tap Save.
- 4PeptIQ shows exactly that number on the protocol, on Today, and when you log a dose. You can also type it when you log, and PeptIQ remembers it on the protocol.
Get units from the web calculator
- 1On the protocol in the iPhone app, tap Get it from the web calculator. It opens in your browser with the compound and dose filled in.
- 2Sign in with the same PeptIQ account you use on your iPhone.
- 3Enter your vial amount and BAC water, and check the units to draw.
- 4Tap Save units to your protocol. Your iPhone shows the number after it syncs.
You can also use the calculators at any time in the PeptIQ web app or the Android app. Both still calculate units to draw, and anything you save there syncs to your iPhone.
