Injection site rotation

Use the body map colors to rotate sites and protect tissue over time.

Repeated injections in the same spot can irritate tissue. PeptIQ’s body map color-codes recent use so you can rotate intentionally.

  • Green — site is fresh / not recently used
  • Amber — used recently; consider rotating soon
  • Red — heavily used lately; pick a different site
  1. 1Open the log sheet and tap the site map.
  2. 2Choose a green or cooler site when possible.
  3. 3Save the log — rotation history updates automatically.

Clinical guidance first

Follow any site instructions from your clinician or medication guide. The map is a personal tracking aid, not a substitute for clinical direction.
