Tracking & Logging

Import past doses from CSV

Bring dose history from a spreadsheet or another tracker into PeptIQ.

2 min read

You can bring old doses into PeptIQ from a spreadsheet or another tracker. Save the file as a CSV with a header row and one dose per row. Then sign in at app.peptiq.io and open Settings, Import doses from CSV.

Columns to include

  • Every row needs a date, a compound, and a dose.
  • Time, unit, site, and notes are optional.
  • Column names do not have to match exactly. If PeptIQ cannot tell which column is which, it asks you to match them.
  • Dates can look like 2026-01-05, 1/5/2026, or Jan 5, 2026. Times can be 24 hour or AM/PM. Rows with no time are saved at 9:00 AM.
  • The unit can sit in its own column or in the dose cell, like 250 mcg or 0.25mg. If some doses have no unit, you pick one for them: mcg, mg, IU, or mL.
  1. 1Tap Choose CSV file and pick your file.
  2. 2Match your columns if PeptIQ asks.
  3. 3Look over the preview. It shows how many doses are ready, already logged, or unreadable.
  4. 4Check which protocol each compound is linked to. You can pick another protocol or No protocol.
  5. 5Import, then check your history.

Before you import

Excel and Numbers files will not open, so export them as CSV first. Files over 20 MB need to be split into smaller ones. Doses you already logged are skipped, so importing the same file twice is safe. Imported doses do not change your vial supply.
