Fix notifications

iOS

1. 1Open Settings → PeptIQ → Notifications and allow Alerts.
2. 2Disable Focus / Do Not Disturb exceptions if they silence PeptIQ.
3. 3Open the protocol and confirm reminders are enabled inside the app.
4. 4Force-quit PeptIQ and reopen, then create a short test reminder if available.

Android

1. 1Settings → Apps → PeptIQ → Notifications — enable all relevant channels.
2. 2Disable battery optimizations that kill background work for PeptIQ.
3. 3Confirm the protocol reminder toggle is on in-app.
