What people research this for
Most people who look this up want to feel calmer and handle stress better. Two peptides, Selank and Semax, have been studied for that. The research is small and early, and it does not replace proven anxiety care.
Researched for
- Everyday stress
- Feeling anxious
- Staying calm
What the studies say so far
Selank has reviews describing how it might act on the brain's calming signals. A brain imaging study gave Selank and Semax to healthy volunteers and looked at changes in the brain at rest. Studies in rodents looked at memory after alcohol exposure. There are very few controlled trials in people with anxiety, far fewer than for approved anxiety medicines.

Selank

Study note. Selank has molecular anxiolytic reviews, human connectomic imaging, and rodent BDNF/memory papers, not a guideline first-line anxiolytic.
