Getting back to training after a tendon injury

What people research this for

A sore tendon or strained ligament can keep you out of the gym or off the field for months. People look here hoping to heal faster and get back to training. So far the research has been done almost entirely in animals.

Researched for

  • Tendon and ligament injuries
  • Getting back to training
  • Soft-tissue healing

What the studies say so far

BPC-157 and TB-500 are the two peptides studied most for tendons. Nearly all of that work used animals or cells in a dish, where scientists watched how tendon cells moved and grew and how tissue repaired itself. There are almost no controlled trials in people with tendon injuries. Stories from gym communities about recovery stacks are personal accounts. They are not clinical evidence.
