Peptides researched for
Joint injury / arthritis
Moving without joint pain
3 peptides · 3 studies
What people research this for
Achy knees, a stiff hip, an old injury that never quite settled. People want to move without pain and keep doing what they enjoy. Three peptides have been studied for joints and the tissue around them, mostly in animals.
Researched for
- Joint pain and injury
- Cartilage and ligament damage
- Staying active
What the studies say so far
BPC-157 and TB-500 have animal studies on joint, ligament, and soft-tissue injuries. GHK-Cu has been studied for how the body rebuilds collagen and heals wounds. Evidence for cartilage or joints in people is very early. None of this replaces seeing an orthopedic doctor or using established joint treatments.

BPC-157
Early lab and animal researchAnimal study · 1 study
Study note. Joint and ligament injury models appear in preclinical BPC-157 work, not orthopedic standard of care.

Early lab and animal researchAnimal study · 2 studies
Study note. GHK-Cu discussed for collagen remodeling and wound models, cartilage/joint human evidence is preliminary.
