Semaglutide week 3: is 0.5mg supposed to feel like nothing?
Started at 0.25 for two weeks, now on 0.5. Appetite is maybe 10% lower. No nausea at all. Everyone online talks about “food noise disappearing” and I am not there. Is this normal at this stage or should I be worried it is not working?
