What @dr.asoofit claims actually are

We separate claims into three buckets: backed by evidence, factually incorrect, and grey — like animal-only findings sold as human fact (e.g. BPC-157 “fixes Achilles” from rat studies).

Evidence-based

0%

0 claims

Claims that align with published human or clinical evidence at the stated strength.

Ex: “Semaglutide can reduce body weight in adults with obesity” — supported by large RCTs.

Factually incorrect

0%

0 claims

Claims that conflict with the evidence, invent certainty, or omit critical safety/context in a misleading way.

Ex: “Peptides have no side effects” — contradicts known adverse-event profiles.

Grey / overstated

100%

1 claim

Plausible direction but wrong certainty — animal-only data sold as human fact, dose/effect overstated, or no adequate published support yet.

Ex: “BPC-157 fixes Achilles tears” — often rests on rodent tendon models, not proven human Achilles repair trials.

The DOSAGE OF TURKESTERONE: Note: most of what I’ll say is anecdotal as I’ve experimenting with TURK for the past 3 years with different BRANDS and different dosages ‼️ 🔸I tried more plates more dates TURKESTERONE and before they did a lab test and found it’s a SCAM I posted a story talking about this and mentioning not notable gains were noticed on any of my clients who tried it. And then GREG has also a scammed TURKESTERONE that’s cause it’s really expensive and hard to find a good quality one 🔸Now the common dosage is 500-1500 with 10% extract. This dosage is NOT supported with evidence regarding being optimal general dosage. I tried dosages 500mg all the way up to 6000mg of the purest extract and i would say this: SINCE THE MAIN MECHANISM is activating your ER, everyone dosages will carry according to their estrogen levels (After BLOOD TEST) and estrogen receptor sensitivity (GENE TESTING) When to take TURKESTERONE? 🔸 again there is no Evidence support the timing. But I would say you would want your ER activated all day long so splitting the dosage to Morning: 500mg Pre-workout: 500mg Before bed: 500mg Now if you’re injecting Growth hormone and Anabolic steroids it’s a different protocol. My plans is to incorporate TURKESTERONE into everyone programs in alfa including our clients. And I believe in 2023 that would be possible cause I finally got my hand on pharma grade TURKESTERONE from a company which supply only for research purposes. So it’s going to be limited.

The claim that turkesterone's main mechanism is ER activation lacks any scientific support in the published literature. No human trials, animal studies, in-vitro research, or mechanistic investigations were found to substantiate this specific claim. Standard turkesterone research emphasizes different pathways (anabolic signaling, muscle protein synthesis); ER activation as a primary driver is not documented in available evidence.
