40 year old married guy and father of 3 young children. I work for a large international finance company. 19 months ago i weighed 325 lbs, i started taking tirzepitide and doing pushups, sit ips, and free weights everyday. I was able to lose a whopping 150. lbs and i am down to 175 lbs. i started getting into the other peptides to help put more muscle on and i have a new goal weight of 200 lbs.
