Partner Program Terms

1. Acceptance
By applying to or participating in the PeptIQ Partner Program ("Program"), you agree to these Partner Program Terms ("Terms"). These Terms are in addition to our general Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not apply or participate.
2. Commission basis
Commission is calculated based on the volume of paid subscribers you refer — i.e., people who become paying PeptIQ subscribers using your unique link or promo code. Commission is not based on follower count, social reach, or engagement metrics. Your revenue share tier (10%, 15%, or 20%) is determined by the number of active paid subscribers attributed to you.
Revenue share is calculated on the gross subscription price. Any discount offered to the customer (e.g. partner discount codes) is applied before the applicable store fee (e.g. Apple). Standard partner discount codes are capped at 20% off; higher discounts may be used only in limited-time promotions (e.g. Black Friday/Cyber Monday) run by PeptIQ or under separate paid influencer agreements.
3. Payment terms
Payment is performance-based and is only valid when the referred customer maintains an active paid subscription. You do not earn commission on free trials, cancelled subscriptions, or refunded purchases. Payouts are made monthly (e.g. via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or as otherwise agreed), subject to a minimum payout threshold (e.g. $50). We reserve the right to withhold or adjust payment in case of fraud, chargebacks, or violation of these Terms.
4. Flat fees and stacking
In the standard Partner Program, commission is the incentive for posting. Flat fees per post and affiliate commission are not stacked unless a separate, written influencer agreement explicitly provides for both. Any such influencer deal (flat fee, retainer, or custom terms) is managed separately from the Program and requires a written contract that specifies creative requirements and states that payment is subject to completion of those requirements.
5. Your obligations
You agree to:
- Use only approved links, codes, and creative provided or authorized by PeptIQ
- Comply with FTC and applicable disclosure requirements (e.g. disclosing paid or affiliate relationships) in all content
- Not make false or misleading claims about PeptIQ or its products
- Not engage in spam, incentivized traffic, or fraudulent signups
6. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time. Upon termination, you will receive commission only for qualifying subscriptions that occurred before termination and that remain active. We may suspend or terminate your participation immediately for breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the partner dashboard. Continued participation after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop participating and notify us.
