August Invite Race

1. Sponsor

The contest is sponsored by PeptIQ ("Sponsor"). Contact: support via in-app Help or the email associated with your PeptIQ account.

2. Eligibility

• Must have a PeptIQ account and a valid personal referral / invite link.
• Cash / gift-card prizes: 18 years or older and a resident of the United States at the time of award. International users may still earn Premium referral rewards but are not eligible for the cash podium.
• One account per person. Employees of Sponsor and immediate family are ineligible for cash prizes.
• No purchase is required to enter the contest. Ranking is based on verified paid referrals of other users.

3. How to participate

Open Refer & Earn in the PeptIQ app, share your invite link, and have friends install, create an account, and subscribe using your attribution. Only referrals that reach a paid subscription status during the contest window count toward the race.

4. Scoring

• Qualifying event: a unique referee attributed to your code whose status becomes subscribed or rewarded with a conversion timestamp inside the contest window (Central Time).
• Installs, trials, or activations alone do not count.
• Leaderboard rank: highest count of qualifying paid referrals. Tie-break: earlier timestamp of reaching the tied count.
• Refunds or chargebacks within 14 days of conversion may be clawed back from the count before final audit.

5. Prizes

Total cash prize pool: $750in Visa or Amazon gift cards (Sponsor's choice):

• 1st: $500 ($500 Visa or Amazon gift card)
• 2nd: $150 ($150 Visa or Amazon gift card)
• 3rd: $100 ($100 Visa or Amazon gift card)

Grand prize value: $500. Existing PeptIQ Premium referral rewards (complimentary Premium months / milestones) continue to apply and are separate from cash prizes. Prizes are non-transferable. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a gift card type is unavailable. Tax reporting (e.g. Form 1099) may apply where required by law; winners are responsible for any taxes.

6. Disqualification

Sponsor may disqualify participants or referrals for:

• Self-referral or creating fake accounts
• Same-device or coordinated fraud clusters
• Spam, misleading claims, or ToS violations
• Any attempt to manipulate attribution or the leaderboard

7. Winner selection & notification

After August 31, 2026, Sponsor will audit the top standings (target: September 2–5, 2026). Potential winners will be contacted via their PeptIQ account email. Failure to respond within seven (7) days may result in forfeiture and award to the next eligible entrant. Public announcement may list first name, last initial, and paid referral count.

8. Privacy

Participation is subject to PeptIQ's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Leaderboard displays a public-safe name (first name + last initial, or handle).

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, delayed attributions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control that affect participation or prize delivery.
