⚠️Overstated

Four of five claims (Perfect Aminos equivalency, fasting effects, stimulant-free pre-workout efficacy for NO boost, and stimulant-free pre-workout performance effects) lack any peer-reviewed or registered clinical evidence. Only Claim 4—that boosting nitric oxide improves circulation—is supported by established endothelial physiology literature and multiple registered human clinical trials examining this mechanism. The creator's promotional claims about their specific product formulations are not substantiated by indexed scientific literature.

People love to ask this question: “What’s in your morning stack?” The answer is pretty boring... because it works. Every morning starts with hydrogen water, amino acids, and trace minerals. I’ve trusted that routine for years. The newest addition is a stimulant-free pre-workout that boosts nitric oxide, improves circulation, and gives me better performance without making me feel wired. You don

So every morning, my morning stack has never, ever changed. I take a hydrogen water tablet, drop it into the water. I add Perfect Aminos. It's equivalent of 29 grams of whey protein. It doesn't even break a fast. And then you can get all 91 of those trace minerals from a liquid mineral salt. There's a lot going around in the news right now about additives and things that were in pre-workouts and s

upplements that were not disclosed on the label. I won't be specific about brands. I don't like to attack brands. Something I've been using for the last 20 days is Perfect Aminos pre-workout. I've literally tried dozens of pre-workouts. They all make me jittery. I don't like the caffeine right before workouts, like a big slam of caffeine. There's no caffeine in this pre-workout, but it raises nitric oxide, which helps with circulation. You can truly feel it. So I've been adding this to my morning stack, and I actually really like it. It's Body Health's new Perfect Amino pre-workout.

Claim breakdown

5 claims
1

Perfect Aminos are equivalent to 29 grams of whey protein.

No Evidence

No peer-reviewed studies, clinical trials, or published literature found comparing Perfect Aminos (likely essential amino acid formulations) to 29g whey protein equivalency. The claim lacks both direct evidence and conceptual support in the indexed literature.

2

Perfect Aminos do not break a fast.

⚠️Overstated

No peer-reviewed studies or clinical trials found examining whether Perfect Aminos (or similar EAA products) break a fast. The claim cannot be assessed against available literature—fasting-state biochemistry is well-documented, but this specific product claim is unsupported.

3

A stimulant-free pre-workout can boost nitric oxide.

No Evidence

No peer-reviewed studies or clinical trials found testing whether a stimulant-free pre-workout formulation can boost nitric oxide. While nitric oxide physiology is well-established, no evidence was located for this specific claim about stimulant-free pre-workout efficacy.

4

Boosting nitric oxide helps with circulation.

Supported

Robust literature supports that improved endothelial function (nitric oxide-mediated mechanism) enhances circulatory function. Three registered human clinical trials (NCT06288828, NCT00491751, NCT02021253) examine endothelial dysfunction and circulatory outcomes, confirming the mechanistic direction of this claim. Multiple human and animal studies document nitric oxide's role in vascular tone and blood flow regulation.

5

A stimulant-free pre-workout can improve performance.

No Evidence

No peer-reviewed studies or clinical trials found testing whether a stimulant-free pre-workout formulation improves physical or cognitive performance. General ergogenic aid literature exists, but no evidence was located for this specific product claim.
